Functions and Features:

  • Chain feeding model with a clutch between the working table and unit creates convenient gravure registering.
  • Motorized detachment and combination; pneumatic locking and loosening of printing units; automatic ink distribution and pneumatic brake separation orientation;
  • Printing and slotting phase is adjusted by mechanical 360o phase adjustment facilities; option of planetary-gear electric phase, shown by digit.
  • Whole machine uses the gear pumping automatic lubrication.
  • Ink roller and printing pressing roller are connected by cross slide to ensure steady transmission.
  • All axles and rollers are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
