5. The main motor adopts chain transmission; the sprocket is made of 45# material with high-frequency hardening to prolong the service life.
6. The main motor power is 7.5 KW, controlled by a frequency conversion system to adjust speed random; equipped with 2 sets of servo motor for clamping, the speed and length of clamp can be adjusted randomly to ensure the match of counterparts more accurate.
7. Suction paper feeding system is equipped with 2 sets of 3.0KW horizontal centrifugal vortex pumps to increase the volume of air and ensure the stability of paper feeding; the paper feeding unit is equipped with 2 sets of 1.0KW servo motors to ensure the precision of feeding and adjust the size of the paper randomly.
8. Gluing unit: adopts cold and heat integration in the docking part, in which the hot melt adhesive plays a forming role and the cold adhesive to bonding role; and two types of gluing avoid the adhesive cracking from the season exchange or the change of external temperature.
9. Forming part: equipped with the servo motor to clamp from side to side, consists of high-speed ball screws with low noise and exclusive sliding blocks to ensure the accuracy and sensibility of clamping, prolong the service life as well; guarantee the accuracy of forming and the finished product at a higher yield.
10. Folding part: after being shaped, the cardboard will access the folding part, which the cardboard folded into shape slowly to avoid damage to the cartons. And the length of the folding part is 6 meters;
11. Stacking part: the stacker with a tap function so that the carton can be easily counted and strapped;
12. Hot melt system: the glue box is made of pure aluminum, which the excellent conductivity is to shorten the time of melting the rubber block. The glue box at the top can be heated and work at the same time. The melted glue feeds into the glue box at the bottom automatically without stopping the machine, which increases efficiency.
13. Cold glue system: the glue wheel of the glue box is made of stainless steel, and the bearing is corrosion resistant which prolongs the service life. The pressure canner is controlled by the valve to supply the glue to the cold glue box individually, it is easy to operate.
14. Electrical unit: access the motors and plc to control the side glue box and the adjusting wallboard. And with the remote-control system, one click changes the orders by inputting the parameters into the display. It is easy and quick to operate.
