A: Our factory is located in Dongguan County Hebei Province, which is the main production site for carton machinery in China.

Q5: How is the warranty of the machine?

A: Our products have 12 monthly warranties, including the core components.

Q6: How’s the delivery time?

A: It depends on the quantity and the specific machinery that you order.

Q7: What terms of payment do you accept?

A: Usually, we accept T/T payment with 30% of the total amount as a deposit., The last 70% payment will be finished before delivery. And L/C will be acceptable.

Q8: Is it safe for me to pay directly as we are the first time to cooperate?
