1.Function& Characteristics:

2. Appliance Unit
1>Paper feeding unit
-Lead-edge feeding system
- The lead-edge feeder is to increase the accuracy of feeding by increasing the air volume; keeping high speed and low speed paper feeding accuracy.
- Adopts the subsection mode to adjust the airflow and the size of the pressed cardboard.
- Positioning by the front baffle to reduce the feeding error, and improve the accuracy of feeding, printing, and die-cutting.
- he lateral movement of the baffles makes the cardboard flat, controlled by a motor.
- he rear bracket of the cardboard moved back and forth, controlled by a motor.
- The clearance between the cardboard and front baffle can be adjusted manual synchronizing.

-Upper and lower feeding roller
- The surface of the upper feeding roller is covered with the wear-resisting nitrile butadiene rubber to correct the balance.

- Plate Cylinder
- Plate Cylinder is made of high- quality steel with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.

- Scroll hanging version adopts a side-to-side locking device to ensure the counterpoint of the printing plate is more accurately.

-Rubber roller
- The rubber roller is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and parabolic in shape, in which the middle part is higher to make the ink distribution evenly. Made of NBR rubber, the degree of Shore hardness is over 60 HA. The rubber roller with specially polished, which shows excellent performance on ink distribution. When the main motor is stopped, the rubber roll will continue to distribute the ink evenly, controlled by a motor-generator;

-Phase Adjustment Mechanism
