Paper feeding unit
The improved paper feeding device makes the adjustment of the paper feeding easier and faster. The paper feeding head with four suction and four feeds with 8 suction nozzles has strong suction force and stable paper feeding function. The suction nozzle can adjust the angle and suction air volume according to the deformation of the paper to realize the smooth conversion between thin paper and thick paper. The main and auxiliary paper feeding mechanism realizes continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine. Large-screen human-machine interface, PLC program control input and output points and moving platform monitoring of obstacles, fast and accurate troubleshooting, the operation is very simple.

Paper receiving unit
Sectional adjustable brush and paper flattening and blowing device to stabilize the finished product in the delivery section. Paper delivery and air blowing device, delivery of paper is smooth and tidy. The paper-receiving mechanism and auxiliary paper-receiving mechanism can be changed quickly, effectively saving labor.

Stripping unit
The upper, middle and lower three frame quick clamping devices and the use of a central positioning system (interchangeable and compatible international standard molds) are easy to change the plate. The front cleaning function adopts the central positioning system to remove the paper edge in the machine at one time. The bottom stripping frame adopts the stripping needle method, which is universal and convenient for customers to replace. Three-frame waste removal takes into account the cardboard and corrugated paper. The waste removal frame is placed horizontally, which is convenient for debugging personnel to adjust outside the machine and ensure personal safety to the greatest extent.
