Carton Box Die Cutting Machine Introduction

The die-cutting machine is a high-end color box die-cutting special equipment developed by our company based on the superior performance of similar products at home and abroad. This machine uses a high-strength paper clamp. The advanced opening clamping mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper; the front and rear positioning and lateral positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of die-cutting paper. Equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism; quick-acting pneumatic clutch and pneumatic lock plate. The programmable controller and man-machine interface are used to display the working speed, number of processed sheets, and total running time of the machine; the fault display of the machine makes the troubleshooting operation very convenient. The frequency converter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted individually, manual turning of the mold is convenient and labor-saving, and die-cutting without knife edge.
