NC Rotary Cut-off Machine (Helical-knife)

Function Description:

1) Special structural design, mechanical wall panels and bases with excellent strength, with perspective windows on both sides of the wall panels for easy observation and maintenance.

2) The transmission system adopts oil pump automatic circulation lubrication, to ensure transmission accuracy.

3) Using high-precision, high-hardness grinding gears, high-speed resistance, long life, ensure accurate knife edge engagement, and flat cardboard without burrs.

4) High-precision knife shaft and knife holder design, high-speed cutting is very stable.

5) Special design of the knife exchange structure is very fast and convenient.

6) The entire system is designed and manufactured under C.E standards, and has undergone strict industrial-grade computer testing to ensure quality, life and stability.

7) The driving part adopts AC servo drive. The driver is made in Germany and the motor is Shanghai Realland. It has high quality, fast response and precise action.

8) Using a special power regeneration storage design, the power saving effect is particularly good, and it has the ability to overcome the unstable power plant environment.

9) The system has an automatic detection function, to prevent equipment loss caused by abnormal use and negligent operation.

10) The computer can automatically adjust the paper cutting acceleration according to the cardboard specifications and production speed; it automatically tracks the cardboard running speed and maintains synchronization.

11) The computer can store 999 orders and complete them automatically in order or according to priority conditions.
