Single Facer Corrugator Line, 2-layer corrugated cardboard & carton box making, to sheet or roll

DW-S Single Facer Corrugator Line

Functional Specifications:

  1. It is the ideal and perfect equipment for small or medium carton factories.
  2. This line consists of three machines, Shaftless Mill Roll Stand, SF-S Fingerless type Single Facer, NC Rotary Sheeter Stacker, Rewidner, with Glue Mixer and Pump, etc.
  3. Kraft Paper Reel to corrugate and glue by Corn Starch Gum, continuously produce and cut to Single Faced Corrugated Cardboard Sheet, and then through laminating Machine to laminate to 3/5-ply corrugated sheet, press and fix.
  4. The production line has rational structure design, advanced producing flow, high efficiency, strong batch adjustability, easy operation, etc. good work conditions.
  5. High-speed full-automatic corrugated cardboard production line for medium or large package industry as optional.
