Stacking Machine

Functional Specifications:

1) Photo-electric control table lifting, adopt powerful chain equipped with balance safety device.

2) Adopt teeth-type powerful transmitting belts, for better friction and use life.

3) Equipped with auto holder, to lift while achieve stacking height, and open after pallet changed, no need to stop machine.

Automatic Lead-edge Roatry Die-cutter

Functional Specifications:

  1. This machine could do die-cutting, creasing etc. on corrugated cardboard.
  2. Adopt vacuum adsorption feeding paper, with lead-edge feeding system, and frequency conversion motor.
  3. Gear high frequency heating treatment and surface precision grinding.
  4. Die-cutting roller adopts electrical 360 degree phase adjustment.
  5. Die-cutting roller adopts automatic equipment transverse moving 40mm.
  6. Adopt different speed equipment; automatically adjust top roller's speed.
  7. Installed with top rubber roller automatic repairing function for longer use life.
  8. Vibrating Stripping unit and Stacking unit as optional.
