NC Single Faced Slitter Cutter Stacker

Functional Specifications:

1) Computer system to keep order. Man-machine conversation system NC. Automatic adjust cutting speed by cardboard specification and maching.

2) The screen display various production message, we could consult, modification, superaddition and cancel order during running.

3) High quality servo motor, the servo drive system import from Germany.

4) Transmission system adopts oil pump auto-Cye lubricate.

5) Round knife slitting, Helical knife cutting with HSS edge, nice grinded gear transmission, high precision and long use life.

6) Exact and adjustable no gap gear assure knife-edge joggle exactly, good incision quality, high beeline degree, protect knives.

7) Conveyor system after the slitter and cutter is applied to delivery the board on two direction, for rise efficiency and easy stacking.

8) It will be more suitable for large or moderate manufactories of offset printing box.
