I. Automatic Lead-edge Feeding unit

- Vacuum Suction assist lead-edge positioning automatic feeding paper.
- Front baffle electrical adjustment, dial display.
- Side baffle and back baffle electrical adjustment.
- Brush dusting device, effectively clear the surface dust of cardboard.
- Skip-feeding function, could select continuous or skip feed cardboard.
II. Flexo Printing unit (1~6 colors top or bottom printing, vacuum transmission)

- Standard equipped with ceramic anilox roller and doctor blade.
- Quick hanging plate device, easy and quick change printing plate.
- Printing phases adjustment adopt PLC touch screen control, digital 360 degree positive and negative adjust.
- Phase device adopts planet gear structure, long use life.
- Equipped with electro-magnetic brake device, to stop machine running to keep gear position fixed, while units separate or adjusting phases.
- Printing auto reposition system as optional function.
- Electrical axial position adjustment, distance 20mm.
- Equipped with anilox roller auto lifting device, anilox roller lift and separate with printing plate while stop feeding paper.
III. Drying unit (IR or UV)

1. Adopt vacuum transmission, to ensure printed cardbaord feeding smoothly.
2. Quick drying the printed cardbaord, to improve high speed and better printing performance.
3. Drying area individual control, to save energy.
IV. Rotary Slotting unit (computer-control)

- Adopt double axis double knife structure, back knife adopt computer set electrical adjustment.
- Five knives stands all movable, distance computer set electrical adjustment.
- Knife axes and scoring axes all surface chrome plated and second precision grinded.
- Elasticity corner cutting knife, no need to adjust for 3/5/7-layer cardboard.
- Double direction locking adjust pressing wheel gap, easy and quick adjustment.
- Phase fix adopt electro-magnetic brake device, to keep front knife position fixed, while units separate or adjusting phases.
V. Rotary Die-cutting unit (bottom or top die-cutting)

- Die roller adopt quality steel material, balance regulated, chrome plated.
- Wall plate adopts quality cast steel material, larger machining center manufactured.
- Rubber roller auto repairing device, improve rubber sleeve repetition use, could repair 3-4 times.
- Line speed auto compensate, to ensure completely consistent die-cutting size of each carton.
- Adopt Taiwan Maxdura polyurethane rubber pad, easy to install, die-cutting could be 4M times.
- Six grade precision gear adopt 40Cr material, low noise, long use life.
- Die roller auto separate device, to reduce rubber sleeve wear.
VI. Conveyor Stacking unit

- Collecting arms pneumatic lifting, adjustable individually.
- Photo-electric control table lifting, adopt hydraulic lifting equipped with balance safety device.
- Adopt teeth-type powerful transmitting belts, for better friction and use life.
- Equipped with auto holder, to lift while achieve stacking height, and open after pallet changed, no need to stop machine.
