Used Fingerless type Single Facer, vacuum adsorption corrugator for Corrugated Cardboard Production Line

Technical Parameters:

1) Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer, the upper and lower corrugated roller made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with hearted treatment, the hardness is above HRC58o-60°The surface is well treated by grind and Chrome-plated or Tungsten-carbide-coated.

2) Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.

3) Glue section are unit assemblage, whole section can be moved by track,save maintenance time.

4) Frequency conversion motor as main drive, independent gear box connect with three gimbals axis, Inverter to make step less speed regulation for save power, and to keep one communication connector for production management.

5) Oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, prolong the use life of gear.

6) Adopt Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry. Adjustment for gap between glue roller and doctor roller by electric or manual are optional, Digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll is optional.

7) Adjustment for corrugated roller, pressure roller, and glue roller by pneumatic system.

8) With preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.

9) Bearing for corrugated rollers, and pressure roller adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.

1) 2/3/5/7-layer Corrugated Cardboard Production Line consists of the following machines, Electrical or Hydrualic Shaftless Mill Roll Stand, Automatic Splicer, Single Preheater, Fingerless type Single Facer Corrugator, Overhead Conveyor Bridge, Duplex or Triplex Preheater, Single or Duplex Gluer, Double Facer, NC Thin Blade Slitter Scorer, NC Rotary Cut-off, Up or Down Conveyor & Stacker, etc.

2) Kraft Paper Reel to be corrugated and glue by Corn Starch Gum, continuously produce, slit, crease & cut to 2/3/5/7-layer Corrugated Cardboard Sheet, and then conveyor, stack and output.

3) The production line has rational structure design, advanced producing flow, high efficiency, strong batch adjustability, easy operation, etc. good work conditions.

4) It is the ideal and perfect equipment for corrugated cardboard and carton box factories.
