Main Features

1. This type of corrugated box making machine employs advanced belt type lead edge feeder which ensures easy operation, making feeding fast, stable and precise.

2. Our auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker comes with a 7 inch color touch screen which is favorable for order pre-set (200 orders can be pre-set), order inquiry, order memory and readout, synchronous zero set, automatic and manual phase adjustment, parameter management, automatic inking and automatic display of production quantity and speed.

3. All adjustments are available in computer control and motorized control, adapting to user habits and convenient for user selection.

4. The drive rollers of this auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker are all made of high quality steel pipes which have experienced thermal refining, hard chromium plating, correcting and drilling balancing, hence ensuring stable running. Gears are made from high quality alloy steel through quenching treatment.

5. The clearance between rollers can be adjusted depending on the self locking function of worm gear case. Disc handle seat makes it more convenient and faster.

6. Lateral and longitudinal movement of slotting knife are motorized adjust. Box height is also motorized adjust.

7. The die cutting part of this auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker is equipped with speed-limited compensation mechanism so that the die cut roller can move crosswise 40mm.

Lead edge Feeder System

1. Vacuum Adsorption/suction, Leading edge of the feeder Structure.

2. Baffle behind and Paper-sending board, side baffle are electricity adjustment.

3. The Slide of the paper sending board are using Aluminum alloys structure, it makes the machine works smoothly and Steady, no shake at all.

4. Steel Paperboard sending table is steel structure,40mm Thickness Steel wall durable.

5. Automatic Paperboard Counting, Touch-Screen Input.

6. In order to suitable for the large size paper boards, Electricity and air system been used for control skip-feeding, the customer can choose to continue or skip-feeding according to needs.

7. The paper-boards lift uses the air cylinder adjusting system, also equipped with Inter-Lock Control switch in Slotting Unit/Stacker Unit to ensure Sudden Stop OR Recovery sending immediately.

Section Apart and Close

printing unit:

1. Memory system for easy operation and maintenance.(This system can help to remember position of printing cylinder when operator stop the machine and open it to adjustment on printing plate. After finishing adjustment and close the machine sections, people can use this system to make printing cylinder return to the former position (before stop and open sections).

2. 7.0 inch touchscreen on the printing unit,The printing register is computerized control. The printing cylinder is motorized and computerized moved axially(±5mm).

3. Mounting plate system to save the changing plate time. foot switch is used to turn the printing cylinder when mounting the printing plate.

4. The anilox roll lift up and separate from the printing plate automatically when sheets are not feeded. And the anilox roll keep running when lifted up to prevent the ink from drying.

5. Self-locking and fast move of the feeding wheels on printing unit.no need to fix the feeding wheels by screws.
