4. Motorized walk: motorized open and close, pneumatic lock. Motorized walk with continuous alarming to safeguard the maintenance technicians. Auto braking device to ensure printing unit non-movement.

5. Emergency stop: inside emergency stop on each unit to stop machine walking during maintenance.

Usage : 380V, 50HZ, 3 phase, 4 wire (with a transformer for 220V).

Feeder Unit

1. This printing slotting and die cutting machine is provided with a belt type lead edge feeder which features easy operation and maintenance.

2. Thanks to the lead edge device, the paperboard can avoid being warped and feeding error is reduced.

3. Suction hold-down device is typically designed for aiding the feeding of warped board. The suction strength can be manually adjusted as per needs. Display on dial ensures convenience.

4. The left and right side gauge movement can be adjusted by computer. It comes with pneumatic aligning device.

5. Forward and backward back shield movement can also be adjusted by computer. Angle is manually adjusted.

6. The feeder unit of our A series auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker is equipped with a dust removing device to ensure cleaning of the dust and impurity on paperboard, thus improving printing quality.

Printer Unit

1.Printing phase adjustment adopts satellite gear wheel structure, PLC control, digital display, 360 degree circumferential adjustment, stable start, correction positioning.

2.Grinded printing cylinder with harm chrome, with cross line and center line, for convenient cliché fixation and sticking, correct positioning and quick cliché registration.

3.Balance treatment, stable running, for high speed running.

4. Quick and convenient fixing system for the printing cliché.

5. Quick cliché change system to speed up the order renewal time.

6.Zero position device for printing cylinder for quick positioning of cliché change and correction, for repeated carton specification change. Foot stepping device for cliché fixation and dismantling. Phase micro adjustment.
