1. Servo type None-pressure Lead edge feeder with vacuum suction, wind is adjustable depend on sheet, make sure feed sheet smoothly.

2. Main motor with start protecting device, machine cannot run when machine units aren’t lock.

7. Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.

8. Fast change printing plate, with footstep to control cylinder rotate clockwise or anticlockwise

10. Printing phase adjusted by PLC in 360degree with digital input, do when machine running or stop

11. Pneumatic brake device to keep printing register fixed, when units separate or clean, brake limit gear rotate, keep original gear position.

12. Pneumatic lift anilox roller for ink, motorized ink will no dry.

Ask: What machine is used to make corrugated boxes? reply: corrugated box-making machine is used to make corrugated boxes. This machine consists of several parts, including a feed section, a corrugating unit, a gluing section, and a cutting and creasing section. The corrugating unit has a series of corrugated rolls that create ridges and valleys in the linerboard. These ridges and valleys provide strength and cushioning properties to the box. The gluing section applies adhesive to the corrugated board, and the cutting and creasing section cuts the board to the desired size and shape, and folds and creases it into a box.

Electrical auto control system:

1. PLC control, auto sheet counting, speed indication, skip feeding, trouble alarming, etc..

2. Main electrical parts are of Schneider or Omron or Siemens.

3. Main machine start protection: no lock, no run, for wrong operation.

4. Motorized walk: motorized open and close, pneumatic lock. Motorized walk with continuous alarming to safeguard the maintenance technicians. Auto braking device to ensure printing unit non-movement.

5. Emergency stop: inside emergency stop on each unit to stop machine walking during maintenance.

6. Dust clearance bush and fan to clean dust on board. Air outlet can be adjusted as per sheet size

7. Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.

8. The independent electric box controls the whole machine, and each group can control the machine alone

Usage : 380V, 50HZ, 3 phase, 4 wire (with a transformer for 220V).
