Machine Introduction:
1. This machine consists of servo pressure free paper feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting,
waste cleaning and stacking, and can complete the printing, slotting, die-cutting, waste
cleaning, stacking and other processes of three-layer and five layer corrugated cardboard at
once.
2. The wall panel material is HT250, with a thickness of 60mm. It has undergone manual aging
treatment and is processed by a large machining center to ensure strength and processing
accuracy.
3. The transmission system adopts large modulus gear transmission, which has low noise,
enhanced gear strength, and improved gear transmission stability. All transmission gears are
made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi, which has undergone quenching and tempering
treatment, precision grinding, and enclosed spray lubrication.
4. The main bearings of the ink roller are NSK, while other bearings are branded bearings
produced by Harbin, Sana Group, and Wafangdian.
5. Each unit is equipped with an electric clutch and an alarm bell, which continuously rings to
warn during clutch operation, ensuring the safety of operators. Clutch limiter, which can buffer
the collision between units in case of incorrect operation.
6. Each unit has a servo zeroing and automatic alignment system. Generally, a cardboard box
can be adjusted to the correct size by printing one piece of cardboard, reducing cardboard
waste.
7. The whole machine has a beautiful appearance and soft colors. Modular design allows for
the arbitrary addition or removal of various units.
8. The main motor and fan are adjusted using a frequency converter. The frequency converter,
PLC, and touch screen are from Taiwan's Delta brand. The contactor adopts Siemens. The
servo adopts Huichuan technology products. The induction switch adopts Korean Autonex.
9. Pneumatic components: The cylinder adopts the Zhejiang "Weiyang" brand cylinder The
diaphragm pump adopts ARO bi-directional pump from the United States for ink application.
10. Heavy duty ground rails, with steel plates embedded on the surface, ensure that the
ground rails do not deform or wear out during long-term use of the machine.
