Description of Wrap Around Case Packer Machine:

• Wraparound Case Packer is a state-of-the-art high-speed case packer featuring a balcony design that provides full walk-in access to all of the drive components from one side of the machine while maintaining a compact footprint. The collator and load station are totally accessible from the operator side of the machine.
• Continuous motion case packer machine suitable to group and package cans, plastic and glass bottles, jars and pots in cardboard cases, corrugated or solid board, formed around the product from a flat blank and sealed by hot melt sprayed by glue guns.

Main structures:

• pack blockage mechanism, pack diverter, infeeding conveyor, product grouping, carton magazine, carton suction, carton pushing-in, glue spray&case forming, outfeeding, hot melt glue machine and control cabinet.
