Rotary palletizer​ Features:

Description of Rotary palletizer​ :

  • End-of-line palletizer for beer, drinks, pharmaceutics and other industry;
  • Rotary angle exceeding 180°,can palletize several pallets at one time, flexible rotation, compact footprint, performance equal to but more economic than robotic palletizer;

Features:

  • Introduced with overseas advanced technology of single column rotary robotic palletizer, attractive appearance without compromising performance;
  • Easy and convenient adjustment of palletizing pattern on HMI or Flex-pendant.

  • Touch-screen operation is used to realize human-machine interaction, which can display production speed, cause and location of faults, and has a high degree of automation. The use of PLC programmable sorting cartons of stacking layers, pallet supply and discharge can be programmed into the control.

Work Flow

Put empty pallet to waiting station → convey the empty pallet to palletizing station → lift the empty pallet to palletizing position → palletize continuously → convey the loaded pallet to finished product station
