KINGDRILLING DTH button bit description:
KINGDRILLING hammer bits are used with Down-the-hole hammers for drilling holes through a wide range of rocks types. In conjunction with DTH hammers, drill hammer bits are designed with a spline drive for rotating the bit in the ground. Drill bits are available in different sizes and different styles so they can drill a wide range of hole sizes. Our variety of Down the Hole (DTH) bits is manufactured using high quality materials to provide you with a fine balance between penetration capability and bit life.
Durability is a key factor in any tool's performance, and the DTH Drill Bit is no exception. Crafted with longevity in mind, this drill bit offers an extended service life that goes above and beyond industry standards. Its rugged construction and superior materials ensure that it can withstand the test of time, making it a reliable and cost-effective investment.

FAQ:
1. What is button bit?
Button bits, or roller cones, have rotating cones that contain tungsten carbide inserts. Tricone, or three cone bits, are the most common; however, manufacturers continue to make two cone and one cone bits.
2. How do you drill through boulders?
Drill for a minute while applying moderate pressure. Allow the drill to do the work; do not press the bit into the boulder. After taking the bit out of the hole, let it cool in the water pitcher. To cool the rock and remove dust, lightly mist it with water.
3. How about the common packing?
A: If there is no special packing demand, we will take it as our normal packing. First in small carton, and then put in the bigger carton together to make sure goods completed.
4. How to check the product are the exact one you want?
A: If possible, please attach one reference picture to avoid any misunderstanding or any links from our website for a better understanding.
5. How to choose the button bits?
A. Spherical Button
Domed/Round Buttons are usually used as gauge buttons of DTH Bits, suitable for very abrasive and very hard formations.
B. Semi-ballistic Buttons
Semi-ballistic Buttons are usually used as gauge buttons and front buttons of DTH Bits, suitable for medium abrasive and hard formations.
C. Ballistic Button
Ballistic Buttons are usually used as front buttons of DTH Bits, suitable for medium abrasive and medium hard formations. They can also be used as gauge buttons if the rock is soft.
