The CASISolar‘s 2v 400ah Solar Battery is designed for frequent cyclic charge and discharge applications under extreme environments. By combining the newly developed Nano Silicone Gel electrolyte with a high-density paste, the Solar range offers high recharge efficiency at a very low charge current. The acid stratification is highly reduced by adding Nano Silicone Gel.

Electrolyte The electrolyte of Casisolar’s 2v 400ah Solar Battery use patented formula and the main component of nano-gelled imported from German, which has the consistency and appearance of petroleum jelly. Nano gel helps batteries have stable performance at high and low temperature and 5 years longer than AGM battery.
	Plate The plate of Casisolar’s 2v 400ah Solar Battery is usually thicker, pasted flat type with patent formula ensure stronger ability to recover from deep discharging. This also do a great help of batteries service for two years longer.
Grid Casisolar’s 2v 400ah Solar Battery use special design of radioactive grid structure, lead-tin alloy helps greater ability of anti-corrosion. This help our batteries service two years longer and other gel. Batteries..
	Separator You will always find that the separator in our 2v 400ah Solar Battery is in double quantity, the material should be updated long and superfine fiber separator with higher absorptive and lower resistance, which helps batteries service longer.

NOTE

· We recommend only using consistent battery types. DO NOT mix new and used batteries together as it will reduce overall performance .

· To avoid cycle-life shortening, we recommend not discharging the battery below 40%.

· It is highly recommended to use a battery balancer to extend the battery service life when multiple batteries are connected in series and/or in parallel.

· We highly recommend installing the battery upright. It is allowed to install the battery on its side only if there are special reasons for doing so.

1. How many life cycles does this GEL battery have?

This CASISolar 2v 400ah Solar Battery enables more than 1000 charge/discharge cycles at 50% DOD (Depth of Discharge) in cyclic applications.

2. Will the battery come with the terminals? And if not, what's the size of the connector terminals?

Yes, it comes with two copper screw terminals. The size is M8 x 1.25 x 16 mm.

3. Can your gel battery be charged by e-bike charger with AC?

Depends. The charging current should be less than 0.25C10. For example 25A is the max for 12V100AH battery. So only chargers within the permissible voltage range can be used.

4. How to properly store the Gel battery?

Store it in a dry and cool place at -30℃~50℃. Charge it to full before delivery and recharge after three months.

5. How can I fix this GEL battery if I over discharged it?

It can be restored to normal voltage and continues to operate normally through low-current charging. Please note that frequent over-discharge may cause irreversible damage to the battery's life.
