1,What is resin coated sand?
Resin coated sand, is molding materials that used for making various sand cores or molds,such as cylinder block, cylinder heads, watercourses, exhaustmanifold core and so on. It is silica sand mixed with core oil (linseed oil, resin, mineral oil) and other binding materials (dextrine, corn flour, sodium silicate). It has remarkable compressive strength.
Different type of precoated sand is suitable for different casting, we will design an unique formula for every custom.
