Pneumatic Tri Clamp Sanitary Flanged SS Butterfly Valve

1. Pneumatic tri clamp SS butterfly valve,it is food grade. SS butterfly valve is a kind of sanitary manual or pneumatic handle SS butterfly valve, which are widely used in stainless steel pipeline system to control and regulate medium flow.

2. The parts of SS butterfly valve usually include two pieces body of SS butterfly valve, disc, gasket of SS butterfly valve disc, gasket, and the entire SS butterfly valve is assemble together with bolts and nuts.

3. 3 pieces SS butterfly valve also includes two flanges and two gaskets of flange. The SS butterfly valve can be operated automatically through actuator or manually with the handle.

4. The handle blocks the valve in the "open" or "closed" position, certainly there are the other position available. The actuator push piston of axial movement into 90 degree so that it controls SS butterfly valve.

Classification by work pressure

(1) Vacuum SS butterfly valve. Butterfly valve whose working pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure of standard reactor.

(2) Low pressure SS butterfly valve. Butterfly valve with nominal pressure PN < 1.6Mpa.

(3) Medium pressure SS butterfly valve. Butterfly valve with nominal pressure PN of 2.5-6.4mpa.

(4) High pressure SS butterfly valve. The nominal pressure PN is 10. 0-80.0mpa butterfly valve.

(5) Ultra high pressure SS butterfly valve. Butterfly valve with nominal pressure PN > 100MPa.
