Flange End Stainless Steel Floating Casting Ball Valve

1. The casting ball valve in the picture is flange type,it is 2PC casting ball valve,and it is anti blow-out stem 2PC flange type casting ball valve.

2. The stainless steel flange casting ball valve can be closed tightly only with 90 degree rotation and small rotation torque.

3. Flange 2PC casting ball valve is generally considered that the casting ball valve is most suitable for direct opening and closing, but recent development has designed the casting ball valve for throttling and flow control.

4. The main feature of casting ball valve is its compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, suitable for water, solvent, acid and natural gas and other general working media, but also suitable for poor working conditions of media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.

5. The valve body of ball valve can be integral or combined. This kind of valve should be installed in the horizontal direction of the pipeline.

Flange casting ball valve operation and use:

1. Make sure that the pipeline and casting ball valve have been washed before operation.

2. The operation of the casting ball valve is completed by driving the stem to rotate according to the input signal of the actuator: when the valve rotates 1 / 4 turn (900) in the positive direction, the valve is shut off. When 1 / 4 turn (900) is turned in the opposite direction, the valve opens.

3. When the direction indication arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the casting ball valve is open; when the direction indication arrow is vertical to the pipeline, the casting ball valve is closed.
