V.Technical process

1. check the device to see if it works normal

2.after ensuring the normal condition of the equipment and safety operation, turn on the power supply; wait for the console touch screen to enter into the normal working screen,

3. open the oil pump. After the oil pump starts working, lubricating oil flows into the 2 high motive power frame. for a moment, through the transparent oil return pipe the lubricating oil can be seen to come out from the oil return hole of the motive power frame.

4. open the rolling mill operation ( as well as forward and reverse); and then open the emulsion pump.

5.ll the copper rod; the rolling speed can not be too fast at the beginning of rolling copper rod, but it can be speed up to normal produce when copper rod comes out from rolling mill and penetrates into take-up machine and coil basket. after penetration take up and looping basket 6. increase speed. turn into normal production.

7.turn off the rolling mill(take-up machine),emulsion pump,oil pump,main power in order.
