1. Introuduction

Its working principle is as follows: if the diesel particulate filter is sprayed with metal platinum, rhodium and palladium, the black smoke containing carbon particles discharged from the diesel engine enters the engine exhaust particulate trap through a special pipeline, passes through the bag filter densely arranged inside, and adsorbs the carbon smoke particles on the filter made of metal fiber felt; When the adsorption amount of particles reaches a certain level, the burner at the tail end automatically ignites and burns the soot particles adsorbed on it, and turns them into carbon dioxide which is harmless to human body. In order to achieve this, advanced electronic control system, catalytic coating and fuel-added catalyst (FBC) are used in the exhaust aftertreatment system. This fuel-added catalyst contains metals such as cerium, iron and platinum. These materials are added into the fuel in proportion, and with the help of the engine control system, not only the amount of particulate emissions, but also the emissions of pollutants such as hydrocarbons and polluting gases are controlled. The regeneration or purification function of the trap must be completed on a controllable basis to keep the trap from being blocked by soot. After the end of the purification cycle, any residual dust or filter residue will eventually be manually removed in daily maintenance.
