Working principle:

When a fluid bypasses a non-streamline object, the left and right sides of the wake of the object will generate antisymmetric vortices in pairs, alternately arranged and rotating in opposite directions. The optimized system nozzle sprays nitrogen into the flow field perpendicular to the flue gas flow direction through four spray holes, and the spraying direction of ammonia forms an angle of 90 with the flue gas flow direction, which can increase the contact, diffusion and mixing time of ammonia and flue gas. Therefore, the optimized system improves the mixing strength and uniformity of ammonia and flue gas at the same time, and makes helium fully react with nitrogen oxides in the flue gas, thus reducing the nitrogen escape rate of the system.
