Description

Homogenized AZ31B Magnesium Bar , Magnesium Alloy Slab Billet Rod Block

Grade: AZ31 AZ91 ZK60 WE43 MNE21

High strength casting alloy billet WE43 with good mechanical properties

High strength casting alloy billet WE43 with good mechanical properties ,excellent corrosion resistance

Heat treatment

Heat treatment of WE43 castings requires the material to be solution treated for 8h at 525°C (977°F). Then air cooled. It can be hot water quenched as well. It can be aged for 16h at 250°C (482°F). After these processes, the material has to be air cooled

Welding

WE43 can be welded using tungsten arc inert gas process. A filler rod of similar composition should be used.

Machining

WE43 can be easily machined using high powered tools and speed.
