In the metallographic organisation of our products, the volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbides exceeds 50%. The wear-resistant layer of the wear-resistant cladding plate is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, and the wear-resistant layer penetrates the substrate by 0.8-1.8 mm, and the maximum metallurgical bonding strength test data is 350 MPA.
