Description
The microstructure of hard coated wear-resistant composite steel plates depends mainly on the hardness, shape, size, number and distribution of hard chromium carbide particles. In the metallographic organisation of our products, the volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbides exceeds 50%. The wear-resistant layer of the wear-resistant cladding plate is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, and the wear-resistant layer penetrates the substrate by 0.8-1.8 mm, and the maximum metallurgical bonding strength test data is 350 MPA.
