By using thermal sensitive CTP plate for direct exposure, the cost of the plate is greatly reduced.

Mature and reliable 32-64 channels; Discrete 405nm laser diode technology.

External drum exposure design

The printing plate is clamped and bent in the way closest to the printing machine to reveal high-quality and accurate points. The printing plate outputs 29 pages at a high speed of 1030x800mm per hour.

Dynamic and autofocus

Track the change of surface fluctuation in real time, and adjust the lens forward or backward to ensure that the distance between the exposure point and the lens remains unchanged. Each laser point is exposed with the best focal length to ensure that all screen points are consistent, clear and sharp.

The screen point gain caused by the laser spot size is accurately compensated, thus presenting a perfect gray gradient of 1%~99%.
