This double-layer thermal CTP plate is coated twice on the surface, which is professionally used for UV ink products and has high corrosion resistance.
When printing with UV ink, the number of printings can reach 40,000 times, and there is no drop of nets and white spots.
The opening requirements of the double-layer CTP plate are relatively strict, and it needs to be operated under a yellow light to avoid exposure to the coating caused by strong light, which will affect the printing effect of the plate.
The maximum size range of the double-layer plate can reach 1600*1400mm.
Shelf life can reach 20 months.
