Biogas renewable energy uses a process called anaerobic digestion to convert commercial and industrial waste into on-site electricity, heat and clean methane gas. The organic waste stream that supplies our factories includes supermarkets, kitchens, dairy products, vegetables, slaughterhouse and fishery waste, grain and legume residues, and general garden waste.

Anaerobic digestion produces large amounts of biogas, including methane and carbon dioxide. The cleaned methane fraction can be stored, pressurized and used to generate on-site electricity and heat, and the excess energy can be fed into the grid or used to power equipment and vehicles. The digestion by-products of this method can be easily and safely used as commercial organic compost or fertilizer.

Anaerobic digestion is not a new technology, but in the past 15 years, anaerobic digestion has been standardized and improved through extensive use and development in European (especially Germany) and British industries.

Biogas storage tank is also called biogas holder and is a kind of Anaerobic digestion tanks which are often cone shaped and supported at the centre with a single pole. The outer layer of membrane roof works as the protection for the inner membrane . The outer membrane is more strong and coated with UV resistance coating . Outer membrane can be against static electricity, ultraviolet radiation and aging. Inner coat can be against biogas leakage.
