Double Membrane Roofs

Center Enamel provides dual-membrane roof solutions for anaerobic digestion processes and provides cost-effectively pressurized and sealed gas collection roof solutions.

The double membrane roof of Center Enamel adopts high-quality reinforced thermoplastic membrane materials, which can provide high gas permeability and ultraviolet degradation resistance, and provide durable, economical, and best-performing solutions for anaerobic digestion and biogas applications. During operation, the outer membrane remains permanently inflated, while the inner membrane will expand and contract in proportion to the biogas production. The operating characteristics of the double membrane roof make it a suitable choice for the application of the biogas pressurization process.
