Bolted Steel Anaerobic Digestion Tanks are used in medium temperature digesters, high temperature digesters, pasteurized digesters, enhanced enzymatic hydrolysis digesters, and various other processes and applications.

In the industrial applications, the use of anaerobic digestion to generate biogas is increasingly recognized as a valuable method of using waste streams to generate renewable energy.

The biogas produced can be purified and introduced directly into the grid, or it can be converted into electricity from a generator using a combined heat and power engine . This also provides an opportunity to generate thermal energy in the form of hot water.
