TD Type Belt Bucket Elevator For Bulk materials Vertical Lifting

Product Description

TD type bucket elevator which is made up of a series of hoppers fixed to belt, is used to vertically conveying bulk materials with little fraction which are mealiness, granule and nub, lift the materials with a serials of hoppers that are evenly fixed and connected to the traction link, the conveying capacity is adjustable according to the transfer Speed, the hoisting height is chose as needed.It applies to vertically transporting metallic and non-metallic ores(cement, coal, sand, gravel, limestone, etc.), food products( grain, flour, etc.), chemical processing products(fertilizers, phosphates, etc.), pulp and paper products(wood chips, etc.).

Features

  1. Applicable material: Powdery, granular and small, non-abrasive or semi-abrasive materials with a loose density less than 1.5t/m³.
  2. Applicable temperature:The temperature of materials transported by ordinary rubber belt shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature shall not exceed 200℃ if by heat-resistant rubber belt.
  3. It’s completely enclosed, which can prevent dust from leakage, not be affected by the weather.
  4. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement.
  5. Long service life, it seldom occurs extrusion and collision events.
