Main Features

1. Low driving power.This kind of elevator adopts inflow type feeding, gravity induced unloading, and using intensive layout of large capacity hopper conveying, low chain speed, large material lifting, almost no return and digging phenomenon, so the power consumption is about 70% that of chain elevator.

2. The temperature of transported materials can reach up to 250°C.

3. Good sealing, less environmental pollution.

4. Long service life, it seldom occurs extrusion and collision events. There is little materials sprinking during feeding and discharging to reduce machinery abrasion.

5. Good operation reliability. The advanced design principle ensures the reliability of the whole machine, and the trouble-free time can exceed 30,000 hours.

6. Low cost of use. The use cost is very low because of energy saving and maintenance.

Structure

NE series plate chain bucket elevator is composed of working parts, driving equipment, upper equipment, middle casing and lower equipment.
1. The working parts are composed of hoppers and special plate chains. NE30 and lower use single-row chain, and NE50--NE800 use double-row chain.
2. Drive equipment --- choose a variety of drive combination drive, (according to the actual needs of users). The drive path is equipped with maintenance frame and railing. There are two types of drive systems: left and right.
3. The upper equipment --- the equipment has rails (double-row chain), backstops, and discharge ports equipped with anti-return rubber plates.
4. Central section-Part of the central section is equipped with rails (double chain) to prevent the chain from shaking during work.
5. The lower equipment --- equipment has automatic tensioning equipment.

Application

NE chain bucket elevator is widely used in mining, cement,metallurgy, building materials, coal, hydropower and other departments.
