Product Description

Customized Belt Type Vertical Conveyor Bucket Elevator For Cement Gravel is made up of a series of hoppers fixed on belt. It applies to vertically transporting materials, such as Metallic and Non-Metallic ores(Cement, Coal, Sand, Gravel, Limestone, etc.), Food products( Grain, Flour, etc.), Chemical Processing products(Fertilizers, Phosphates, etc.), Pulp and Paper products(Wood Chips, etc.).

Q: Shallow bucket: Used for conveying wet, easily caking, difficult to throw out materials, such as wet sand, wet coal, etc.

Sd: Deep bucket: Used for conveying dry, loose, easily thrown powder or small pieces of materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, etc.

Principle

Vertical Cement Belt Bucket Elevator is composed of machine head, main frame,Maintenance cylinder, vents Ventilators, dustpan, dustpan belt and machine base.

The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and discharged from the top.

1.Firstly, the materials are evenly fed into the dustpan on the machine base;

2.Secondly, the materials are elevated into the machine head;

3.Thirdly, the raw materials are dumped into the targeted machine.
