Product Description
1. Mechanical seal ring are used to seal the clearance between the rotating shaft and the stationary housing in equipment .Tungsten carbide is the most excellent seal face material in the seal material world.
2. The cemented carbide seal ring can be divided into both of the rotating seal ring and static seal ring, and constitutes mechanic seal together with the spring, rubber seal-ring and steel jecket.
3. Tungsten carbide seal ring be used mainly for waste water pump, water discharge pump for the mines, centrifugal pump, centrifuge, slag slurry pump and slurry pump in the adverse working conditions of high speed rotation, sand flush abrasion and corrosion. The seal-ring will be installed on the pump body and rotating axle, and forms through the end face of the rotating and static ring a liquid or gas seal.
4. One of main reasons for using tungsten Carbide is the additional wear resistance that can be achieved in both moving and static parts.This is particular the case in serve service conditions, such as high temperature,and high levels of corrosion and abrasion.
5. Mechanical Seal ring raw material: tungsten carbide nickel binder, tungsten carbide cobalt binder, silicon carbide, carbon and graphite.
