Non Standard Tungsten Carbide Dies For Drawing Structure Wire

Tungsten carbide cold upsetting dies has a wide range of uses, such as electronic devices, radar, television, instrumentation, and aerospace and other high-precision wires and commonly used tungsten wires, molybdenum wires, stainless steel wires, alloy wires and cable wires and so on.

Tungsten carbide cold upsetting dies have high strength, high hardness and good fatigue resistance for ensuring the cold upsetting dies under high pressure without breaking, deformation and wear resistance. Tungsten carbide cold upsetting dies not only have high dimensional accuracy of parts, but also life is several times and several hundred times than ordinary cold heading die.

Advantages of tungsten carbide dies:

1. tungsten carbide with high hardness, high wear resistance and high red hardness, at 550 ℃ still maintain more than 56HRC hardness;
2. Has a high modulus of elasticity, generally is (4 ~ 7) × 104kg / mm2, and excellent rigidity at room temperature;
3. Have a high compressive strength which is greater than 6000MPa;
4. Have good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature not easily oxidized;
5. Has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, suitable for manufacturing high ,precision, sharp die.
