1. Help to install and debug the equipment, Our technicians could be dispatched for

Service Commitment

1. We will provide 18 months warrantee to make sure your machine runs consistently. We always keep certain inventory level of spare parts, which means the replacements can be shipped to you right away.
2. Consultant services for whole machine life, 24 hours technical support by email and telephone.
3. Send technicians to the jobsite for guiding the installation and adjustment, training operators and finishing the check and accept together with you.

Strict Quality Control of Production

a) Raw material control

At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.

b）We have dedicated quality control personnel (Four supervisors will check to make sure products meet quality)

c) Euipping with testing equipment like testing tables,6920 gear testing centre,X ray detecting machine, high speed dynamic balancing machine, ultrasonic flaw detection machines,etc,we are equipped with complete testing,inspection ,analysis control system,advanced testing machines and simulative working condition test table and automatic control testing system,which guarantees our new product research,processing validation and quality.

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
