Description:

Tubular centrifuge has high performance of separate factor, high capacity, and account for small area and easy to handle, it has been widely used in pharmaceutical, health food, drinks, chemical industries to separate the liquid-solid or liquid-liquid-solid materials. It is an ideal centrifuge take advantage of centrifugal methods, the minimum granules is 1 um, which is suitable for distill, condense and clarify the material has small gravity difference, small and few solid granules and high erosion products.

Working principle:

Machine body, drive system, drum, and liquid tray, enter liquid bearing seat composed of pipe centrifuge. On the top of drum is the flinch axis, under is the damp drift bearing. Main axis linked by buffer and passive wheel, via conveyor belt, fasten wheel, the dynamic is transmit to drum and it will rotate axes to run at rapid speed. The stuff is ripped into via liquid inlet, under the centrifuge force, the stuff along the wall of drum flow upward. As different material has different density, the stuff will separate layer in the centrifuge.

Structure:

●Drum is composed by upper cover, regulate loop, bottom cover drive the hollow axis and pipe drum. In the drum, there install 4 wing panels, make the liquid easily reach the speed of running corner. Discharge the liquid from the two outlets on the top of the drum, and then the liquid flow into the accumulating tray and tanks.
●Drum, main axis and flinch joint hang on the belt wheel, the wheel combined other parts composed of machine head. The upper end of the axis support on the buffer and the drum linked by nut. The hollow axis insert in the slide bears and the bearings locked on the machine body. The slide bearings has shock absorber, it can float in the level.
●Only need loosen the linkage nut between drum and main axis, we can unload the drum from the centrifuge.
●The outer cover and doors of centrifuge is the shield of drum, it has stuff inlet. After the stuff enter the inlet it can be delivered into drum through gush mouth and hollow axis.
●The motor install on the top of machine body, drive the belt wheel to make the drum running. Contact stuff part material of the centrifuge is stainless steel.

●The bearings use imported SKF brand, transducer using Japan brand " Fuji
