separation factor, material can be fully dehydrated in the first and second drum, the moisture content of filter cake is very low; when the purity of
solid products is required, it can be effectively washed, the washing liquid and mother liquor can be separately discharged; low power
consumption and low. Uniform; water content of products can be less than 5%.
Introduction
The main motor drives the inner and outsider baskets to rotate at the full speed, material is fed into through a feed pipe.
Under the centrifugal force, the liquid discharged out of the basket through filter screen and the holes of the basket,
and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake.
As a result, pusher plate pushes the cake layer in the inner basket to move out of it and then into the outside basket for further separation,
a ring layer of cake being formed, while the outside section of the inner basket pushes the cake layer in the outside basket to move
continuously out of the outside basket and then discharge it through the slot for scraper.
HR Series are a kind of two stage horizontal pusher filtering centrifuge that can be continuously operated, They can perform feeding,
separating, washing and discharging in sequence at their full-speed running. They have the advantages of continuous operation,
stable performance, large capacity, ideal washing effect, low moisture content of cake and less solid content in the liquid.
They are suitable for separating the suspension with solid phase particle size of more than 0.08mm and with the concentration of over 35%,
and suitable for chemical industry, fertilizer, manufacturing salt and alkali, especially for the solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride,
ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate and carbamide.
