65QV - SP Submerged Sump Pump,Sand Pumping Vertical Mud Pump

Product Introduction

65QV - SP sump pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure, suitable for conveying abrasive, coarse particles and high concentration slurry. Pumps generally invade the pool or work inside the pit. It does not require any shaft seals and shaft seals to work properly under inhaled conditions. The SP type flow element and shaft are made of metal and are suitable for conveying abrasive slurry. The SP(R) type submerged pump is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other departments. The parts under the SPR pump immersion liquid are lined with rubber and are suitable for conveying corrosive pulp.

Usage

Submerged and vertical slurry pumps are mainly applicable to transport abrasive, coarse particle, high concentration slurry. They are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.

Inspection and Detection:
With various inspection and detection instruments ,like three-coordinate measuring instrument ,metallographic microscope, direct reading spectrometer ,Brinell hardness meter ,Vickers hardness meter, carbon and sulfur analyzer and other detection equipment,we can carry on the chemical composition analysis ,physical properties test ,coordinate measurement for various steel&steel materials
Complete pump set inspection:
We have performance testing platform for each batch pump inspection before delivery
Quality control system for each set pump:
Purchasing 1. Strict rules and procedures to choose the raw material supplier
2. Each batch raw material will be tested by quality control department
