Main introduction of slurry pump

The 6 / 4 D - slurry pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump with a double pump housing construction. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining or rubber lining. The lining can be used until wear-through, no replacement, extended maintenance cycle and reduced operating costs.


Because the pump has thick bearing parts and heavy-duty brackets, it is suitable for conveying strong abrasion, high concentration slurry or low concentration high lift slurry. It can be connected in multiple stages within the maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump. use.


The 6 / 4 D - slurry pump is suitable for conveying strong abrasion and high concentration slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industrial sectors.

Features

1.Pump body pump cover and over-current components: This series of pumps is a horizontal, vertical medium-sized, double-pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining. The lining is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until wear-through, which extends the maintenance period and reduces operating costs.

2.6/4F-HH slurry pump flow control slurry pump operation, pay attention to the temperature and leakage of the packing gland. Normal packing leakage should not exceed 10-20 drops per minute.

3.Transmission mode: V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, variable frequency drive, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, the V-shaped V-belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR transmission.

4.The pump is mainly used to transport liquids such as water, oil, acid and alkali, emulsion, suspoemulsion and liquid metal, as well as liquid, gas mixture and liquid containing suspended solids.
