4 / 3 C - Metal-lined Centrifugal Slurry Pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. It is suitable for conveying strong abrasion and high concentration slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industrial sectors.
Metal-lined Centrifugal Slurry Pump can also be called a heavy duty slurry pump. Because the pump has a thick bearing and heavy-duty bracket, it is suitable for conveying strong abrasion, high concentration slurry or low concentration high lift slurry. It can be connected in multiple stages within the maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump. use.
1. It adopts horizontal and vertical axial open-type double-pump shell structure, and the inner liner is made of cemented carbide or rubber with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.
2. Efficient carbide or rubber impeller with a low required NPSHr.
3. The tubular structural bearing assembly is designed with high-capacity bearings. The bearings are greased and oil lubricated to suit different operating conditions.
4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.
5. Shaft seals are filled with packing, impeller seals and cartridge mechanical seals to suit different operating conditions.
6. The pump and drive can be driven by direct drive, V-belt drive, fluid coupling drive and reducer drive.
7. The pump outlet direction can be rotated at 8 angles to accommodate different field installation conditions.

Feature
1. The frame plates for slurry pump have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners.
2. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. The frame plate liner and impeller for slurry pump are adoptable of hard metal only.
3. Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure,adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
4. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
5. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications
