Description

100 - SP Corrosion Resistant Submersible Pump That Can Work At Deep Liquid Level

Features:

1.It can transport light materials such as flammable and explosive materials, and has almost no wear and low energy consumption due to design improvement.

2.It adopts a unique centrifugal double-balanced impeller for conveying clean media without solid particles, with low vibration noise and high efficiency. It adopts an open double-balanced impeller for conveying unclean liquid with solid particles and short fibers. Smooth operation, no blockage.

3.The mechanical seal has been eliminated, which solves the troubles that other submerged pumps need to be repaired frequently due to the easy wear of the mechanical seal, saving the running cost of the pump and improving the working efficiency.

4.The internal structure is made of special material. There is a gap between the stator and the rotor which is equivalent to a thickness of A4 paper. The material flows through the middle and plays two roles: one is to cool the motor, thus ensuring the life of the motor. Second, the liquid flows through the gap between the stator and the rotor, which plays a good lubricating effect on the bearing. The temperature rise of the motor and the wear of the bearing have been effectively solved.
