Big Rubber Slurry Pumps for Hot Caustic Slurries with Dynamic Sealing
Introduction:
Type R slurry pumps are desogned for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and/or corrosive slurries. These pumps feature a wide choice of replaceable hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners and impellers and are all interchangeable within the same pump. The centrifugal shaft seal is commonly used, but an interchangeable packed gland type seal is also available for every pump. Special mechanical seals for slurry service are being developed.
