Zirconia (ZrO2) is an exceptional heat resistant material. They exhibit excellent chemical inertness and chemistry resistance at high temperatures up to 2200℃, well above the melting point of alumina. Zirconia is stabilized in the cubic crystal structure to avoid cracking and mechanical weakening during heating and cooling. It's always an ideal option for high pressure, easily breakage application.
Zirconia ceramic rods/bars have the advantages of super hardness, high wear-resisting, high-temperature tolerance, good corrosion resistance, very low friction coefficient, high strength, high mechanical strength, good chemical stability, polishing surface and so on.
