Features of alumina ceramic pulleys sheaves:
1. Exceptional hardness, bending strength, toughness
2. Good insulation, anti-magnetic, free static electricity
3. Corrosion resistance in harsh working conditions
4. Excellent thermal shock resistance and good thermal stability
5. Nox-toxic, healthy material, eco-friendly material
6. Meet with RoHS, REACH regulation completely
Specification of alumina ceramic pulleys sheaves:
1. Raw material: 95% alumina, 99% alumina, zirconium oxide, titania
2. Dimensions: min. diameter can be 10mm, max. diameter can be 50mm
3. Design: single groove, double grooves, or multiple grooves
4. Tolerance: general tolerance ± 1% of the dimensions, or better via a precision process
5. Surface finish: mirror surface, to be Ra0.3 ~ 0.4 for 95% alumina ceramic eye, to be Ra 0.2 ~0.3 for 99% alumina ceramic eye
Description of alumina ceramic pulleys sheaves:
Ceramic Pulley sheaves guide a wire, cable or thread within the groove while rotating. The grooves might be U, V-shaped or flat bottomed which depends on customer special application and requirement. Our facility ofter hones the ID to accept a bearing or bushing. On many pulleys, we can machine snap-ring grooves to allow for the replacement of bearings well.
With our in-house comprehensive manufacturing types of equipment, we have a selection of ceramic pulley sheaves with standard size, also we also support customized specification.
Besides ceramic pulleys sheaves, we have been producing various ceramic eyelet guides, ceramic bow guides, ceramic traverse guides, ceramic pin guides and so on.
