Description of titania ceramic bobbin:
Ceramic rollers are used to change the direction and guide the direction of enameled wire. The ceramic bobbin in the central section is made of precision ceramics, and the groove is to be polished up to Ra0.2, a high-speed bearings are installed in the ceramic bobbin so that the sliding distance between the enameled wire and the ceramic bobbin is less than 0.2mm to ensure the jumping of enameled wire within a very tiny range during winding. The baffle plates on both sides of the ceramic roller prevent the enameled wire from jumping out during winding, and at the same time keep the tension during winding stable.
