Ceramic Injection Molding ZrO2 Zirconia Ceramic Seal Ring for Fluid Controlling

Specification of ceramic seal ring:

1. Material options: aluminum oxide ceramic ( ZrO2), High purity alumina (Al2O3) and Silicon carbide (SiC)
2. Forming method: Dry pressed, Ceramic injection molding and ISO pressing
3. Specification: Max. outer diameter can be 150mm, Max. side-length to be 800mm, Max. length can be 1000mm
4. Tolerance: The tolerance of outer diameter can be 0.005mm, inner diameter can be 0.01mm, length can be 0.01mm
5. Other key parameters: flatness to be 0.005mm, roundness to be 0.01mm, concentricity to be 0.01mm
6. Surface finish: the working surface to be diamond polished up to Ra0.1, or better

1. Extraordinary wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance in various harsh conditions

2. Ideal sealing performance because of superb low friction coefficient and similar thermal expansion coefficient as stainless steel.

Description of zirconia ceramic seal ring:

Zirconia ceramic seal ring is a key part of the various pumps, valves in household appliances, electrical appliances, and industrial applications. It plays a decisive role in liquid, gas, oil sealing and controlling performance.

With zirconium oxide ceramic outstanding properties, such as wear-resistance, chemical resistance, low thermal conductivity, high thermal expansion coefficient similar as stainless steel, very low friction coefficient, zirconia ceramic seal rings have been creating a very positive impact on aging features, service life-span, productivity, dependability in industrial equipment, mechanical engineering, like the food and beverage industry, medical equipment, electrical devices and so on.
